S6 still not working

I posted a week or so ago about my S6 being really slow and sluggish.  I got a reply from Verizon saying to unistalling unused apps. I've done that and clean out as much junk as I can and the phone still is acting up and freezing.  This is ridiculous.  Did I get a bad unit or is this one the many problems I reading about with this device? Can anyone help?

If you are still within your 14 day return period, I would say take it back and exchange it.  If not within 14 days do a factory reset to fix the sluggish problems.
