I switched to Verizon almost a year ago. During the process of the sale I inquired about a discount on my bill if the company I work for has a Verizon account. He said "sure, all indeed is your check stub" Well I sent it to him while I was in the store and he said he would call me when it applies. A couple of weeks went by and no call so I emailed him about it. I got no reply. I repeated this a cuple of times then called the store. This rep told me that she would email the rep for my company to get me added to the company profile. I asked that she would copy me on the email so that I will know it was sent. I never saw the email. I then decided to go to. The store in person. I talked to the store manager and told her the situation. She informed me that the sales rep that sold me the phone no longer worked there but she would take care of it. She asked that I would send her the check stub which I did right then. She cam back after about ten minutes and said that I would get the credit for the past three months that I did not receive the discount and that my discount would apply to the next bill and going forward. Lo and behold my next bill came in full amount. I went back to the store and spoke to the same store manager. She basically came and told me the same thing as the previous time. This time I did get a credit for the months (months!) that is should have received the discount. BUT guess what the next bill came in full amoun. I emailed her three weeks ago about it and she replied that she would check on it and get back with me. No reply. I have emailed her three times since and I am getting no response from her. I need to escalate this to the next level but don't know who to contact or how to find the information.
