So with this phone am I suppose to have Google store or is it just the galaxy one for games and apps?
The Play Store should be preinstalled and available in your Apps.
You can use either.
Having access to Play Store when you want it is important, hevanmarie. nicholas_g and tikibar1 provided some useful ideas, and we're here to help as well. By default, Google Play should be on your main home screen. What options do you currently see on your home screen now?

How do I stop these
If you're referring to e-mail notices of posts from the Verizon Wireless Community Forum, you either need to change the Follow on each thread you're Following, or change your Preferences using the drop-down next to your user name (in the desktop version of the forum). There should be a link to your Preferences at the bottom of the e-mails.
