My sims card was switched out with my 6s with 5c and both phones are activated but It says that my 5c isn't activated. What can I do to try to fix it?
Are they on the same line? You can only have one active device per line.

You had a 5C with SIM card A
you got a brand new 6S with SIM card B
you took out both SIM cards and
put SIM card A in the 6S - it works with the number that was on the 5S
what card did you out in the 5C, SIM card B or another SIM card from a different phone?
