Is it possible to get the phone in a box instead of taking it from the display when buying a phone at a Verizon Wireless store?
They usually are sealed in a box when purchasing at the store. Did the store you went do something different? Was it a premium retailer or a corporate store.
The store was a carrier store which was Verizon Wireless.
Maybe I'm the only one confused by this answer.
Was it an authorized dealer? Or a corporate store?
An authorized dealer might be a kiosk at the mall, or a shop that sells multiple different phones for different carriers; like best buy.
A corporate store is usually free standing and is just called Verizon Wireless.
A corporate Verizon Wireless store will NOT sell you a new device without it coming from a sealed box...which you will receive and see them open in front of you. Some authorized retailers are not as easy to identify as they should be and often look like the real deal.
It's a corporate store
Does Verizon Wireless keep these boxes that have the phone in it in a certain room because there's no cabinet beneath the phone display that has the box with the phone in it?
