Volume goes to silent by itself

I just got a Droid Turbo 2 and am having issues with the ringer volume setting itself to silent. When it does this, I can't turn it up from settings or the volume buttons, it is just stuck on silent unless I restart the phone. I've disabled Moto (although I don't want to, I'd like to use this feature) in case that is the culprit, but it still silences on its own.

Let's get the volume turned up. I know I depend on my phone heavily. It would be difficult if I couldn't hear it. How frequently does this happen? Where there any new applications you downloaded to potentially cause this issue? If you power off the device how soon does it happen again?

It happens several times a day and can switch to silent within an hour of a

restart. Since I just got this less than a week ago, I have put some apps

on it.

This is frequent. We want to make sure we get this back on track. Since you just got the phone we encourage you to return it back to the original point of purchase. You do have 14 days to exchange the device.

I discovered the problem app today! Simcity buildit was causing the volume

to go silent. Not sure why, but that was definitely the problem. Each time

I opened the app, then looked at my volume, it had switched to silent.
