In call volume problems. Galaxy s6

I have no volume when making or receiving a call on my Galaxy s6. They cant hear me and I cant hear them. Any suggestions?

With the device powered on, press and hold the Power and Volume down buttons for 12 seconds.
Use the Volume down button to scroll to the Power Down option.
Press the Home key to select.
The device powers down completely. It is recommended that the device be powered up in Safe Mode.

try pulling the sim card then restart phone. remove any cases

I will try that when I get home. I do not have the key with me. Ill update this asap. Thank you again.

Ive had the same, this is my second replacement! Only on calls they cannot hear me . text to talk & voice command hears me just fine
