I am due for an upgrade. If I take advantage of it and get a new discounted phone, will I still be eligible to opt out of my (new) contract and go month-to-month with these new plans, or would I actually be bound by the new two year contract?
It's always exciting to upgrade, Blackpaws11. Upgrading to a Device Payment on a new phone wouldn't remove an exisiting contract end date, since that contract term still needs to be met.
