BACK UP BROKEN PHONE TO THE CLOUD

My Samsung S6 screen cracked and I can not access it.  I have the Verizon Cloud and I can not get my broken phone to back up bacuse I can not unlock the screen. 

How do I backup my phone to my computer so I can upload to the new phone that is supposed to come in today?

You would need an OTG adapter to unlock the phone using a keyboard, or get the screen replaced. The device storage is locked from external access when the device is locked.

When the new device arrives, see what comes back from Google and the Verizon Cloud app when installed to the new device.
