I need to turn VM notification on. The instructions say to use prompt 4 then prompt 1. There is no prompt 1. Where do I go to turn notifications on?

What good is voicemail without the notification to let you know you have one? We definitely want to make sure your notifications are enabled. What model of phone do you have? I have a Nokia Lumia running Windows. I can choose personal options, but the next prompt starts at #2. Not #1 which is turn notifications on and off.
