To make my phone better, it recommends that I do a restart, anyone out there in technology world know how to do this

You most likely have had your phone on for such a long period of time that it is suggesting that you restart your phone. I remember a time or two when I had my galaxy s3 I would never turn it off, let alone restart it, cause I would never let my battery die or I would never pay attention when I installed certain apps that required me to restart my phone. Maybe check on how long your running time has been.
