So black Friday. ..best buy upgraded with no upgrade fee....but they couldn't activate because they could not switch around the upgrades from phone to phone so I called verizon and was to to just buy them and call to activate them at home....not a problem ...then got our bill with 3 upgrade fees ...called verizon they called best buy ...best buy said have me get ahold of them to get them removed so verizon noted my account and told me if I have any problems with best buy to call them back and we would work it out....so I called best buy and they said they can't touch the bill or removed any fees...so I called verizon again and they don't and won't remove the fees ....we're do I go from here???? Maybe sprint that how frustrated I am over this! !!!!
