Why am I suddenly getting a lot of dropped calls?

I've been using this device at the same location (work) for months now, but since last week I've been getting a lot of dropped calls. The phone has the latest update, I'm not using advanced calling features, and I'm in an area with 4G LTE service. My phone is a Galaxy S5, but a coworker is having the same issue with an iPhone, so I believe this is a network issue. The area code is 53202. When not dialing, my phone has 2 bars. When I dial a number, I suddenly have full bars. Eventually, the call will drop and I will again have 2 bars. What can I do to get this resolved? It's starting to affect my job.

I don't remember the exact day it started, but we have had some storms roll through the last couple of weeks. None of the storms were particularly severe. There is nearby road construction, but the construction has been going on for months and this issue only started in the last week or so. I am using the phone indoors and have not attempted any outside calls recently. This is primarily a work phone.
