Vz messages from Main phone to spare...HOW?

Hi . how can I get my text messages from my normal phone to also go to my old phone that stays at home on WiFi? I go to the subscribe page under settings in the messaging app and it will send a pass code to my normal phone, but what do I do with the passcode? I've tried texting to the phone at home , and vice versa...no luck. what do I do?

I don't know if it can be done - you can sync messages from your phone to a tablet, or computer, but not to another phone, as far as I know...

To integrate messages to a phone, that phone must have an active number. VM+ looks for a phone number attached to a phone, tablets and PCs are different and don't have an actual phone number (for calling and texting.) Basically, you can integrate messages to other devices from you active line, but not to another phone number, so you can have 10 devices integrated, but only one phone.
