I haven't been receiving many phone calls. I have received texts stating they get a busy signal when they try to call me. Suggestions?
Getting your calls is super important, Rnurse_2001. Lets get this fixed. Thank goodness you have text messages to let you know that you are missing calls. Cell phones normally do not have busy signals. Are you referring to your home phone by chance? If not, do you know when this started? Can you make outbound calls? Is anyone else around you having the same issues?

The individual is trying to contact my cell phone number. Will get through at times and at times when they call they get a busy signal. They are able to text me. I am able to call my cell from my land line with no busy signal. No problems with texting in or out. I haven't heard of any other individuals with this issue. Been occurring about 2 weeks.
