It is a moto x. I have had it two years and have never had any issues before. I'm able to do everything but dial and receive calls
This started about 3 weeks ago. I have wiped my cache and reset my phone to original settings too. Did not help
@Wingnutt2424Thanks for the additional information. Let’s take a closer look. What type of signal does your device display (1X / 3G / 4G)? Have you tested in different locations? What happens exactly when you attempt to place a call? Please let me know so that I can further assist.AnthonyTa_VZWFollow us on Twitter @VZWSupportIf my response answered your question please click the "Correct Answer" button under my response. Three weeks is too long to miss out on calls, Wingnutt2424. I appreciate you trying the cache and a reset. Is there a specific error you receive when you attempt to make a call? Do you recall any changes made to your device before this happened? Such as a new software or new app? Are you aware if your callers still have a normal calling experience? For instance, they hear ringing and then are directed to your voicemail? Just to ensure there are no alerts in the area, please provide your zip code.
