I gave my daughter my iphone 4 needs my code to be able to use it. Have no idea what code she's talking about.

Your daughter must be excited to be able to use your iphone. If the device is already activated she might be reffering to the unlock code. This would be the code you enter to unlock the device. If you do not remember the passcode you would need to restore the device via iTunes. This will erase everything on the device. Here's how. http://vz.to/1UHM1hg
