My Droid Turbo will not receive pictures/ videos.

It's important that your Motorola Droid Turbo can send and receive picture and video messages.
When did this problem begin? What happens when you try to receive a picture message? Are you able to send picture messages? Lastly, are you able to send and receive standard text messages? Please let me know so that I can further assist.

The phone will send/receive standard text messages. When you try to send a picture message it says failed. It has never been able to receive picture messages. We've had it since July.
Sending and receiving picture messages is fun. Let's make sure that you have cellular data on. Please go to Settings - More - cellular network and make sure that Data enabled is checked. Also Data roaming access, please change it to allow access for ALL trips. Now retest.
