My LG G2 will not recieve or send calls or messages

Wifi works fine for internet and apps, however it says im not connected if I turn wifi off.  I'm connected to a verizon mobile network but nothing will work if im not on wifi.  My calls end immediately, and my texts never get sent.  Can ANYONE help me? the chat service has been 'busy' for about 3 hours.

Have you popped out the SIM card, powered off, slide SIM back in, and powered on to refresh the connection?  Might need a new free SIM at a corporate store or order in My Verizon free, or live chat (at some point) or call Verizon to order (7-10 days.)
