The volume on my HTC Desire 626 goes all the way to the lowest setting and I can't change it with either the volume buttons or the settings menu. It is just the ringer volume and not the other sounds on the phone. This just started recently and I've had the phone for about four months. It may be related to trying to get a selfie stick to work with the phone (I could never get it to work).
