My husband and I are on the same account with Verizon Wireless. Every time he calls me or I call him it never goes through on the first ring. It will usually take at least 3 phone calls to get through to him and vice versa. We have the same phone, HTC OneM8, however, this has been going on since before we had the same phone. It only happens when we call each other, which is very disconcerting, because should an emergency arise from either one, we may not be able to get in contact with one another. There is not direct email address on Verizon's Website, so I'm hoping to have some resolution through this forum.
