I bought a brand new droid turbo less than 4 months ago and I am having to replace it for the 2nd time. The first time the battery would not take a charge and it was less than a month old. So Verizon says we have to send you a refurbished one because the phone is older than 14 days (that's a piece of crap). So refurbish comes take it to Verizon to transfer data from the old to the new, then they say it will be a twenty-five dollar charge to put a new screen cover on, so I tell them to use the one from the old phone oh no we cannot do that we are not allowed (that's a load of crap). So now the refurbished phone has a yellow screen and you can not see anything. So I take it back to Verizon and they tell me they can not fix it but they will send me another refurbished phone (also I'm told it is common for these phones to need to replace 3 or 4 times (that's a piece of crap). So now when the new refurbished phone comes in I will have to spend another twenty-five dollars for a screen protector (which is a piece of crap). I am not happy or a satisfied customer with Verizon. I have been with them for around twenty years I think it is time for me to go where my business would be appreciated. Verizon needs to go to customer satisfaction as there top priority. I think my phone should be replaced by a new phone and not a refurbished phone it is obvious for it to be refurbished there was something wrong with it to start with.
