Lg G4 missing features

I was a little upset that when I received my lg g4 that Verizon took off the applications to customize the phone. Such as the lg theme application and the smart apps. This was one of the main reasons I got the phone. To get the phone and have this missing is dissappointing. I hope Verizon changes this very soon. I'm just giving people a heads up if they are considering purchasing this phone from Verizon. My brother has AT&T and he has all the applications to customize his phone

You didn't test the phone prior to purchase? It's common knowledge verizon does this.

I just figured it had it on there and I ordered over the phone cause they let me Upgrade early

To get the themes u have To do a lol trick...

1. Instal launcher pro but do not set it as your home screen

2. On the lg home screen that comes stock go to your widgets and you'll see launcher pro activities

3. Click the widget and it will pop up with a whole list of different things scroll through until you find LG home then click the drop down and add the theme activity as a widget from there it will get you to the screen that is necessary to download themes and apply them also you will get keyboard themes ringtones and other LG exclusive stuff

I bought this phone for the same reason! When I first purchased it, I had the Smart App feature and used it daily (along with several other features they have now done away with). With Verizon's recent software update, they disabled this feature along with a host of others. I am beyond annoyed, disappointed, and upset with Verizon right now. All the features that I enjoyed using are now missing or rendered useless. Why did they disable these features? Makes no sense...
