When receiving picture text messages, it can take 30 seconds or longer to download, is there something that I can do to make it download faster ?
Good question, Rhymeswithorange. This usually depends on the size of the message and your connection to our network. Do you have signal issues in your location? What messaging application are you using?

I have 2 phones on the same plan, an S5 and an S6. Both are using the preloaded message app. I can be literally right next to my wife and send her a picture, but all it shows is a blank square saying "downloading ". She can send me a pic, and it's already downloaded before I open it. Doesn't make sense.
