My phone stopped showing any picture or keypad display when a call comes in. My phone also WILL NOT show a keypad display /picture when I'm trying to call out. Therefore, its a mystery as to weather the call is actually happening. Moreover, I cannot call support or voicemail, as there again, I have NO keypad display to select my options or enter a pass code. Please help!?!?!?
