Samsung Galaxy Note 5 problem

I just got my phone 5 days ago. After I use it for a while, the upper left hand corner of my screen stops working. For example, I could be using my calendar and want to look at the previous month. It will work well for a bit and then it will not respond. I have tried other apps and I get the same reaction. If I restart my phone, it does the same thing. If I completely shut down, when I turn it back on, everything works perfectly fine for awhile and then stops working in the upper left hand corner.

I spoke to Verizon tech earlier today. Hopefully, what was causing this issue for me, will be same for you.

Appears the latest Facebook messenger update is the culprit. I had just downloaded that app about a week before this problem began.

Go into your settings.... Go to applications....once there scroll right to left until you see the "all" appear at the top... Then, scroll down until you find the messenger app.... Click on it, then click to uninstall.

I have not had a problem since. Hope this works for you. If not, call Verizon tech support.

Have had my note 5 since mid Oct..... About a week ago back button began acting up and not working....on my apps as well. What should I do?
