my voice mail is going to another phone number, and not my voice mail?

Somehow, my phone, when I don't answer, instead of going to my voice mail, it forwards to another phone number (a person I spoke with last Friday).

How do I get this re-set?

We certainly want you to be abel to receive voicemails. It sounds like you have a form of call forwarding set up on your device: http://vz.to/1IF7r3t Can I have you try to dial *73 from your phone to disable it. You can then seei fyour calls are going to your voicemail then. Keep us posted!
