Mobile data is on....Galaxy note 5 still not sending text with photos! Cannot receive either....HELP PLEASE...I have been using Messaging Plus....but its not sending pictures at all! I did a reset, nothing, I know the mobile date is on...its still not working.

Take it to a VZW Corporate Store. It is hard to troubleshot a device without seeing it.
