My email has not updated since 12/05/2015..how can I get it back to normal?
We want you able to enjoy your email on your phone. Can you be more specific what's going on with your email? Thanks but I did get it resolved. I went in and re-imputed the email manually and then everything reset. What was happening was when I would open my email from the phone the same messages that were on there since the 5th stayed the same. If I went into email via computer then I would see all new but, again when I went in settings and manually updated it worked. Thanks
