My wife and I both have HTC One phones that have started dropping from 4GLTE to 3G or even occasionally 1X in 4G coverage areas. This has begun happening over the last week or so. Rebooting the phones or putting them into airplane mode and bringing them back out will temporarily restore 4GLTE, but within minutes it goes back to 3G or worse. Any idea why and/or what can be done?
