I have an iPhone 5s 64gb that I bought the same day my wife got hers about 21 months ago. A new system update appeared a week or so ago, and I suddenly had no service. Wifi works fine, just nothing from Verizon. I downloaded the update and got service again. Then, suddenly, this morning, no service again. My wife, same iphone, same account, has no problems with her service, so I know I'm not just out of the service area. I've tried all the steps on Verizon's troubleshooting page. Nothing. Any ideas? Everything on the phone seems to work fine except No service. I didn't get it wet or drop it or anything like that.
