Have a new droid turbo 2. No 4g lte. Really putting a damper on things. Did not have this problem with my droid maxx.

This provides direction on how to turn Mobile Hotspot on/off. If you're having trouble setting up Wi-Fi or can't connect to Wi-Fi, make sure Mobile Hotspot is off.
From a Home screen, navigate: Apps icon Apps icon > Settings Settings icon.
From the Wireless & Networks section, tap Wi-Fi.
Tap the Wi-Fi switch (located in the upper-right) to turn on Switch on or off Switch off.
Note Notes:
The device may not connect to 3G/4G if Wi-Fi is turned on.
Any apps or settings that are Wi-Fi reliant won't function while Wi-Fi is turned off.
If connected to an Advanced Calling video call, the connection may be lost upon turning Wi-Fi off.
Is the device only connecting to 3G? Are you able to pick up a 4G signal anywhere with the divorce? Have you tried powering the device off and removing the SIM card, for about two minutesand then replacing it and powering the phone back on? Do you have any other devices that are receiving 4G signal?
I did power off and remove sim card. Didn't help. My daughter has the same phone and her 4g lte isn't on either. Did not have this problem with previous phones. If I turn off the WiFi, the 4g lte comes on. I have to use the WiFi or I'll eat through my data in no time. I know I sound really dumb about this stuff, but that's because I am.
Melhay63, we are here to the rescue and let's take a look and see what's causing the devices not to have 4G LTE. Does the 4G LTE come on when you leave your house? Where did you purchase the phones? Are the old phone still powered on?
