No 4G or cell service in 91801 (Galaxy S6)

Since last Friday I've had little to no service in my area; it began after a power outage caused by a windstorm. I can connect to wifi just fine but making calls or using my mobile data is near impossible. A few of my friends with the Samsung Galaxy S6 have the same issue when in my area (91801-91803 zip code).

Anyone know of a fix for this?

Report the service trouble to Verizon and indicate the circumstances. A network ticket needs to be open to ensure the right teams are engaged to get the tower fixed. Chances are, either Fiber cut which hasn't been repaired (Tower will stop broadcasting if the management/backbone link is down) or the equipment needs reset.
