I recently bought a turbo 2 but when I tried to setup the visual voice mail it gets stuck on the loading screen saying it's setting it up but after an hour nothing happens. Can anyone help?

Have you confirmed that you can make/receive phone calls, text messages and or connect to the internet (while Wi-Fi is off)? Share details. Thanks in advance.
