My phone isn't working, so I'd like to listen to voice mail another way. How can I do that?
You can't do it online, but you can call your voicemail from any other phone. Just call your own 10-digit number, and press # while your greeting is playing. It will ask for your password, and you will be connected to your voicemail.

You can always retrieve your voicemail from any phone, landline or cell, by dialing your own cell phone number, and when the message starts press the # key. You will be asked to enter your password, which would be your viocemail password, and you can retrieve the messages from there.
