Upgraded to a Note 5 using the Smart Switch but my voicemail doesn't work. I have had the same number, password and recorded greeting for years but the greeting is gone and the only prompt I get is to set up a new voicemail password. Never had to do this before with an upgrade...I have oral cancer and cannot speak clearly to record another greeting or state my name so I am really in a bind with no voicemail. Any suggestions?
