Ellipsis tablet purchased in December 2015, is having some major issues. Any app that needs sound simply does not work. The apps keep crashing, whether it is Spotify, Google music, youtube, or even a game. Even trying to go to youtube.com in the chrome browser is an exercise in frustration. The only thing that works the way it should is the chromecast app. That's the only way these apps work now. I have factory restored it, uninstalled the chromecast app, and am still having the same problems. While i'm typing this, there is another message that the "system UI is not responding." Wonderful. The most basic function needed for this is not working properly. I have never had problems with any kind of product like this. This is terrible. Please let me know if there is a fix for this, or where I can exchange it.
