When it was time to pay my bill, I tried to change my plan from $45 to $30 and it would not allow me to do so. It kept saying there was an error so I decided to just stick with the $45 plan and made that payment, and I get the text that says $45 has been posted to my account. A couple hours later I get another text that says "Your $30 monthly plan is ready to use.." Then I get another text saying my plan did not renew and even though I paid to renew my $45 plan, my account says I have a balance of $0 and now I must pay per text/minute called. What is going on and what am I supposed to do?
