Yes my bill was paid. I can't use data, send texts, and make calls. But I can receive calls and texts. I did call Verizon went to technical and then advance tech. support. I even went to a Verizon store and got a new sim. But still my phone is not going to work. I did updated it to the newest software update also. They told me to call back but I don't really want to keep on telling the same thing over and over again. I am just wondering what is going on. My phone also shows it switches between 1x to 3g. And my phone is a Galaxy S5.
