Last time I "upgraded" (it was more like a downgrade) I was told that having unlimited data was no longer an option for me if I wanted to stick with Verizon. Unfortunately, I lived in a place where if I didn't have Verizon, I wouldn't have acceptable service at work, so I stuck with it. Guess what?! Now I live somewhere else and am LEAVING YOU. I need unlimited data. Even though I've been a customer for over 10 years, you still don't care. It's been a borderline abusive relationship and I'm out. Bye Felicia!
