I can log on to email account through browser on my pc's but not through browser on my Samsung S5.
I would be lost without access to my email account Anne, let’s get some additional information and explore ways to resolve. When was the last time you were able to access your email account on your phone? What is your email server (Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo, etc.)? Are you connected to WiFi or cellular network when email access fails? Did issue start after updating/installing any particular application/software?

thanks for your follow up. the problem started after I tried to install outlook as an app. the email account I am trying to access is a university account. my regular email account at Yahoo still works.

Thanks for the additional details. We definitely want to make sure that you have access to all your accounts. Have you since uninstalled the Outlook application? Since this started, what seems to happen when you attmpt to access the inbox? Do you receive a specific error message? If you still have the email account settings we can attempt to remove the email account entirely and re-add it to the device.
