Eligible Android Smartphone Trade-In Promotion?

I got a new eligible android smartphone and returned my older eligible android smartphone for a promotion - I think it was around $400 that I was supposed to get back. Anyone else do this? I saw my rebate of $48 for the cost of my old smartphone, but no promotion money yet. Not sure how to check the status either.

We always want to ensure you receive the best deal. I know that I too would want to make sure that I receive my promotion just the same. Are you aware of what promotion you were taking advantage of or did you receive an email or notice? We're not aware of any current promotions offering that specific amount, so we'll need to do a little more digging for clarification.As well, most of these trade in promotions will send a specific code used to trade in your devices for a promotional offer, so please be sure to check your email or the email assosciated with the account to ensure none of these slipped by you.
