I bought my new Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge online as soon as they came out. Within a week of having it, I had issues and went to the local store. They replaced my phone and told me I had a defective phone. Since then I have had to use insurance for two phones. After the second phone came in, I received a letter stating I have used my three insurance claims. I have had a cracked screen for months, my battery is draining, and when I try to unlock the screen the screen goes on and off and takes me literally five minutes to unlock. My account says I'm eligible for an upgrade but because I did the payment program I still have a good ways to go. I don't know what options I have except spending $500+ on a new phone. I don't understand how a defective phone was a claim on my insurance, especially after only less than a week of owning it.
