I've seem to be noticing a trend, I have been having difficulty getting the step counter on s health to continuously count steps. I have restarted the watch when I've noticed and it picked back up again. However, like today I had walked/jogged almost 5 miles before I noticed it had stopped counting steps.
Also sometimes the screen changes to a screen that says emergency call and it stops counting steps or really functioning properly when it does this? I'm including a picture to show what the screen says
Are there any software updates coming down the line to fix these issues? Is it just that this watch is having issues or are other people having similar issues? Should I inquire with Verizon about replacing the watch?
