every time I call my voicemail from my phone, it says that the call cannot be completed as dialed.
steps taken so far, all separate calls.
1. customer service resets my security code and password.
2. Customer service says my phone is roaming and says that they adjusted my account.
3. Customer service says that my phone is roaming but when they refreshed the network it said that I was active and should now be able to listen to my voicemail.
4. Customer service says that my phone is roaming, suggest call *228 and update roaming capabilities, will call back in 5 minutes, but that should fix it. Problem still unsolved.
LOok, nothing's worked and I'm still satisfied with service because everyone has seemed genuine in thinking that they solved the problem. But ffs, it still doesn't work. Does anyone at the company know why I can't voicemail from my own phone? I'm still roaming. Or whatever.
