I've been living at my current residence for 9+ months (98001 zip code), and service has been fine up until a few weeks ago. Now I'm getting anywhere from no service to 1 bar (out of 5), and extremely short bursts of having all bars.
My roommate tried calling customer service, and her phone DROPPED CALLS with them a couple times to where they had to text her (and even those are failing occasionally) to complete the conversation. She was also told by the customer service rep that she could buy a repeater or whatever it is that makes your signal stronger.
I'm sorry, but if my only option is to resort to a repeater - I will eat the fee and switch providers. We had good coverage, now it is shitty - it shouldn't be our reponsibility to fix it when Verizon is already getting way more of my money that it deserves out of my wallet every month.
