Can you pay off (or down) a phone to get our of the device plan? If so, how? Not necessarily interested in trading in for another phone, would just like to lower my payments. Any ideas?
Yes, you can pay off the remaining balance of your device payment agreement. You do need to pay off the entire balance and not just a portion of it. Once the phone is paid off, you can keep the phone and not trade it in.
