My phone speaker is not working, how would I go about getting it fixed?

I have a Droid Turbo and the speaker is not working I can receive calls and call out however there is no sound my volume is turned all the way up as well and media is having the same problem it will play but no sound, how can I get this fixed?

@Aemyers a phone with no volume just will not work. Let's get your phone working again. When did this issue start? Any new apps? Have you tried tried a soft restart http://vz.to/1n2W8h9?
