If I erase pics/videos from the cloud, can they be recover or seen again?

So here is the deal I had some pictures and videos that I erase from my Verizon cloud but my question is, can they be seen again by anybody and what about somebody that works at Verizon, can they somehow login and check my cloud and find this pictures. Please this is urgent. Thanks

NO. Unless you have them saved somewhere else, once deleted from cloud they are gone.

What about a verizon tech, can they still check them and recovered them ? Thanks in advance

There is no way of reviewing those pictures or bringing them back after you deleted from the Cloud. Please keep us posted if you have any further questions or concerns.

Well that's good,thank you kevin, So you telling me that not even a verizon technician can look or recorver a pic/video erased from the cloud. I hope this is a guarantee statement. Thanks

Unless the files are still in the “Trash” folder of the Verizon Cloud service on the website http://vz.to/1SvdMHO, they are not retrievable.
