There seems to be an outage in the Ohio Valley area around Wheeling, Stubenville, and Marietta. I have 5 lines, and the users of two of them are located in Woodsfield, OH. Neither of them can make or receive calls and they say that others in the area are having the same problem. It started acting up yesterday, but one of the users was able to call for about a half hour, then it stopped. I had her restart her phone, check for updates, verify airplane mode was off, remove and replace her SIM card, and try calling from a different location. None of it worked, and since my other line in the area is having the same issues, it can't be the device.
